This exhibition presents a proposal for the reconstitution of the "Carnide Crib", one of the most enigmatic and distinctive 18th-century Portuguese cribs. Its 38 polychrome pottery figures evoke what would have been the appearance of the original nativity scene belonging to the Convento de Santa Teresa de Jesus, in Carnide.
